We acquire, build and scale industrial and energy services businesses, taking operational control and applying a proven strategy to create global market leaders.
We target businesses in fragmented sectors with structural demand drivers, typically with $20–100m EBITDA, where consolidation and operational improvement can generate transformational value. We have executed this strategy across multiple cycles, partnering with and ultimately exiting to some of the world’s leading private equity institutions.

We pursue complex, off-market situations where corporates are divesting non-core assets businesses that are undervalued, underleveraged and underserved within larger structures.
These transactions require patience, operational credibility and the ability to move decisively without a financing contingency. We bring all three. We are comfortable with complexity where others are not.

We maintain a public markets strategy actively managed directly by experienced internal trading professionals.
The public market layer serves two purposes: it generates consistent returns which compound back into the platform, and it provides liquidity and tactical flexibility allowing us to move quickly when private opportunities require balance sheet availability.
Our public markets allocation spans global credit, rates and listed equity, using single lines and derivatives.
