He serves as Chairman of Yellow Cake plc and Strand Hanson, and holds board roles across listed and private companies internationally.

Leads sourcing and execution across direct investments, co-investments and private equity fund allocation. Twenty years in investment banking across Lazard, Greenhill and Connaught, where he co-founded and served as CEO from 2014 to 2023. Has overseen more than $100bn of public and private M&A transactions across multiple sectors and geographies.

Oversees private credit allocation, public market investments and financing strategy across the GFC platform. Twenty-four years in investment banking and wealth management, including as Executive Vice Chair for EMEA at UBS and senior roles in strategic client coverage at Credit Suisse. Brings deep cross-asset expertise across structured finance, credit and alternative capital solutions.

Responsible for tax structuring and reporting across the GFC platform. Twenty-seven years at PwC, including seventeen as partner, followed by three years at Alvarez & Marsal. A specialist in M&A tax for private equity, alternative funds and cross-border structures. Has advised EQT, ADIA, KKR, Apollo, Oaktree, Brookfield, CPPIB and sovereign wealth funds.

Leads commodities trading and liquidity across the GFC portfolio. Over thirty years of experience in global markets, including a career at Deutsche Bank spanning trading, structuring and execution across commodities, credit and equity. Provides GFC with direct institutional-grade execution capability and active portfolio risk management.

Provides strategic counsel on GFC’s energy and industrial investments. A former Managing Director at ConocoPhillips, David brings decades of senior operational and commercial experience across the global energy sector, spanning upstream, midstream and energy services. Advises on investment origination, sector positioning and portfolio company oversight in GFC’s core markets.

Oversees derivatives strategy and public markets allocation across the GFC platform. Thirty years of experience across some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Nomura, spanning derivatives structuring, fixed income and cross-asset solutions. Brings deep technical expertise in structured products and risk management to GFC’s public markets capability.

Oversees financial management, treasury operations, cash management and governance across GFC platforms. Has worked directly alongside the firm’s founder for over twenty years across multiple investment cycles, providing continuity and institutional memory across the platform.

Works across the full investment platform supporting deal execution, transaction analysis, portfolio monitoring and operational coordination across direct investments, co-investments and private equity. A generalist at the centre of the team’s day-to-day activity, involved at every stage from origination through to execution and asset management.

Provides operational and strategic coordination across the platform, supporting the investment team and senior leadership on execution, stakeholder management and day-to-day operations.
